Prince helped me to find the right products and was very helpful. I spent £6000 on 4 beds but was not satisfied having to now wait 5-7 weeks for the mattresses.

As soon as I arrived a member of staff approached and very politely asked if I needed assistance, when I said yes, he asked another member of staff, called Kishon to help me, I was looking for a new mattress. Kishon put me on this fabulous machine that scans for the correct mattress that will suit me best. I was then taken around store (with my covid protected pillow and paper bed lining) and tested 4 mattresses. I found one that was perfect and the transaction took no time at all. Thanks Kishon.

I received a much improved service by visiting and placing my order in store rather than online as the personal touch can never be replaced by a computer. My assistant, Kishan and his manager, Harry, were both very friendly and helpful and went beyond normal duties to ensure I was happy with my order. I received a better price and delivery by going in store although I knew which bed I wanted but it is important to try out several mattresses before deciding on the right one.
