Was very happy with social distancing being explained, asked to sanitise our hands, pointed out social distancing markets on floor, sitting when ordering. All staff had face masks on. Person serving us was really knowledgable and friendly. When ordering explained pricing, free delivery, how much to put together and insurance. Now awaiting delivery. Sadly we now are going into lockdown so not sure if this will affect our delivery date. Hope to get email before stored closes.

We were so satisfied with all the experience right from the moment we walked into the shop, the sales staff were ever so helpful, especially the gentleman that actually served us and completed the sale. Honestly he was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable and was so thorough before he recommended us our mattresses. He was not pushy or just eager to make a sale but genuinely had our best interest at heart and we would highly recommend and refer our friends and family to Dreamss because of our overwhelming great experience.
