The member of staff was friendly & helpful & understanding to our needs, as I have a disability

Sales representative Mr Kishan at the Hayes branch really looked after me and my wife. As we entered the store he straight away attended us and offered dink’s. It was very kind of him. He then took us to the machine for the right mattress we needed to buy. After that he explained and made us practically check each of the different mattresses with all the possible options. He was very professional and very patient while me and my wife decided which one to buy. Excellent service by Kishan. Thank you very much.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome. I only popped in to have a look at the Easter sales and left with an order for a brand new bed and a mattress including bedding. If only all furniture stores had this calibre of customer service, the store manager Harry took his time out with us, no rush or pressure in purchasing anything. Harry spoke about my budget, what I preferred in terms of beds/mattresses and took his time showing us various beds and mattresses. I knew I was instantly looked after here as everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable and the Easter sale prices were very appealing. For any future bed shopping, I will always come back here and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a brand new bed or mattress. P.S. The free hot chocolate is super tasty!

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff member. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The coffee was a lovely touch.

To be quite honest it was such a nice surprise to enter a large store and not get harassed and pressured as soon as we walked in. Yes we were greeted as you would expect and shown around but were left to our own devices until we needed help.

Kishan was very professional, kind, polite, knowledgeable and spent ample time to guide us to the right product that was suitable for us.
