We visited multiple stores/websites for a perfect bed that will have storage, affordable price and, at the same time, great looks and finally found two great options at Dreams. Purchasing a Bed and Mattress is a long-term investment, and we didn't want to jump on any option and compromise with our needs. And we were finally able to find two great options at Dreams. All thanks to Bobby, who helped us find the exact bed we were searching for. She explained its features and services that Dreams provide to their customers. She is an experienced and indeed a great advisor for all your queries related to its products. The store experience awe-inspiring. Dreams also helped us find the right mattress suitable for our body posture and help us have a sound sleep in the future. The trial process was very hygienic, and we didn't find it uncomfortable while lying down on the mattress. We are pleased to say that we are delighted with the decision of purchasing a bed, mattress and pillow from Dreams. Highly recommended, and we would be visiting again in future to buy all bedding related products at Dreams. Thank you once again!

It was great being able to take a leisurely walk around the store without being followed by an over-eager sales person. However, if we had a question a sales person was immediately available.

I Found the items that I needed. Also staff he was happy explained everything clearly and the different lower price bed and higher price bed and also he found the items in our budget with out taking too long. He was a nice person who ever helped in the store.

Great customer service friendly and very helpful

The store manger was very professional and welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. The whole experience was well organised and the sales attendant we were allocated was excellent. Not pushy, very informative and listened to our needs.

The salesperson Rakesh was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He delivered a personalised experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful during our visit to dreams. They did their utmost to help us when finding a sofa bed.

Very pleasant staff

When I entered the store i was approached by Harry who welcomed me to the store and explained the covid rules for the store and offered me a drink. He then gave me some paper in case I was to lay on any product. I informed him that all I wanted was a new divan base. He explained my options, I agreed on the colour, but declined other options. He asked if I wanted other items, like matress or pillows etc.I said no to these. He undestood my needs but I did not feel presurized into buying something I didn't realy want. He was pleasant to talk to and did not rush me at all.
