I was instantly greeted by Bobby and she was really helpful! Took me through everything and was patient. She took her time and was super lovely!

The adviser Bally took time to understand my 82 year mother's requirements. We used the technology to identify mattresses we should look at. Bally suggested which ones were in our budget range and left us to try them out with no pressure. His being able to speak Punjabi was really useful for my mum as she is not fluent in English. We did not feel rushed in any way and he was on hand to answer questions when we had them.

Staff were nice and helpful

Customer service was brilliant, greeted at the front of the store and gave us some time to have a look around before asking if he could assist. When we asked about various beds and options, we really felt that the advisor (his name was Bal, at the Hayes Dreams branch), really knew about about the products extensively. His product knowledge helped us make a great choice of bed and mattress.

Bobby was friendly, courteous and understand what we were after. She also came up with things to think about and provided some good ideas

Prince helped me to understand what mattress I needed and spend some time explaining the differences between the both

The staff at the store were a delight.. particularly Prince who was our sales clerk. It was just a really pleasant experience.
