Harry was very friendly and attentive. I was offered refreshment, given full information about each bed that I tried but he also gave me the space to make up my own decision. I was very happy with the service both in the store and during a follow up phone call.

We were served by kishan, He was very patient and explained all the different beds. Knowledge was really good. Offered coffee and a really good experience no pressure by Kishan just good advice. Really happy and he is a credit to the company.

The store colleague Kishan was charming and friendly. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and most of all he understood my needs. I felt comfortable and unrushed when trying out beds/mattresses. Store was also Covid safe

Bobby was lovley, she was friendly and super helpful for us to choose the right bed. Nothing was to much to ask she was so patient. Covid regulations were followed and I was highly impressed with this and the over all service!! Thank you you I can't wait to recieve my bed
