because the choice of Beds, I was after a Spring Bed Base and it was very limited selection.. that was disappointing as it was my maint purchase, The second bed base was fine, however I also feel that the Srrvice in selecting the mattrress was not very detailed - didnt feel like I was given the right explanations for the differing chocies and that was rushed

Mr P was very helpful during the whole visit to Dreams until the end, as you can see it was a closing time purchase at 17:03 on a Sunday. Mr P made a very good impression on myself and mum the way he showed us the products and help us choose them ended up spending $1382.80, it would have been a very pleasurable visit and would have chosen dreams and especially Mr P for all my future orders, but I have been let down big time by Mr P. He just said free warranty and free mattress protector and he quickly folded the invoices without us being given time to check our purchases. Like a proper salesman who is out to get commission for selling out warranties, on checking my receipt found out that he had sold to us without telling us not even 1 but 2 extended 8 year warranties, 1 for the mattress for $40 and 1 for the bed for $39, I would not have minded at all if he had asked us if we wanted to purchase additional warranties and get a free mattress protector at a additional cost, but he sneakly went behind our backs and added $79 pounds and said free mattress protector discounting a $40 mattress protector to $10, only if Mr P and dreams would been straight and honest with customers.

Salesman was pushy and not listening to our requirements. More interested in a quick sale and trying to push the sale of pillows.

The order that I had placed had 6 pillows and I asked to replace two pillows before leaving the store, the pillows were replaced however the billing took a long time to change the pricing for this change of pillows, and the system kept in showing a different amount. Finally I had to leave and the system correction was done by store manager with some IT team.

The sales person was very patronising. He did not give us product knowledge he just wanted us to place the order and kept asking us are we ready for the order while we are testing the mattresses. Before coming to the store I spoke to someone over the phone and asked about discount he said just come into store and we will do sth if you are a serious buyer. But this guy at southhall didn’t want to help he initially gave £12 discount on a £2300 order and then we said is it a joke he gave a further 40 off. We told him unfortunately we have missed the sales period previously but your colleague over the phone was very helpful and said he will do his best. He then randomly called a number and started talking about I have customer here saying this and that and then hung up and said there is no discount etc etc. I wish we had seen someone with great customer service skills at your store.
