There was not a variety in price Mattresses were not clearly labelled There was no description attached to the mattresses

I have not yet received the bed so I cannot determine if the whole experience was great from start to finish.

There was a price difference with the tempur cover sheet I purchased. The manager said he would call me tomorrow to reinburse the difference onto my cared, however, I did not receive the call. Spend alot of my time trying to call the store which was engaged for 4 out of the 5 times I tried to call.

I was not highly satisfied as the pricing does not include the removal of the old beds or even installation. I would consider paying for the installation if it was one set fee rather than 2 fees per item

Salesperson was a bit pushy

i have to wait for someone attention for a while ,then the staff noticed I need help

I could not have what I wanted delivered to the timescales that I needed. Whilst the staff were happy to suggest alternatives and I did place an order I was not able to get exactly what I wanted

Found the pricing to be really high and the pillows I wanted were out of stock. The service of the server Vishal was excellent. He didn't pressure us and he ensure we were happier with the more expensive bed by ensuring we looked at the bed one price lower too so we didn't feel as though we were obliged to buy the most expensive

No one was on the top level of the store. Although numerous staff members saw me go upstairs, no one came to offer me any help. I had to go and seek service
