Overall, I had a great service at Dreams today. The only reason I didn't give it the top score is simply for the price of the Tempur mattresses. I think they are quite expensive and not suitable for all budgets. However, the bed frame and service was great! :-)

Ordered a white bed for my daughter. Just received a grey bed. My daughter is in tears. To late to ring customer services. This is why I am filling this out. I will be ringing customer services in the morning. I think this is disgusting. My daughter is so upset and I'm not happy!

The sales tactic of telling you AFTER order placed that no cancellations apply. Not a very ethical way to do business, but not the fault of staff, they are obviously told to tell you at the end of the transaction. Otherwise would have given highest rating

There was a slight discrepancy with the pricing of products when the order put into the system

Wrong prices displayed in store when compared with online prices. The beds in store were visibly dirty. Salesman tried to charge us for delivery and it was free delivery online

Service worker was REAL.. down to earth and friendly without reading from a script (so to speak)

Would be good to get an overview of the key differences between all models and a "suited for" explanation of the pillows
