The computer system had completely failed which meant that we were waiting for reboot and this took considerable time which meant that staff could not know when it would be live working. So we had to leave the store and return back later to complete the sale.

I was satisfied with the store clerk, but, I was not satisfied about the service from customer services. I had scheduled the delivery for yesterday but, I could not be in time from London to my address 100 miles away. I asked to be rescheduled the delivery for Monday. Two clerks from customer service promised they would try to do something about but, none got back to me whatsoever to let me know the outcome. I am still waiting for an answer.
