Bally came over to offer assistance as soon as he was available. He listened to my needs and took me over to the bed testing machine which recommended the best mattress. He tried to find a better price for me where possible and was extremely helpful. Good level of attention without being too pushy to make the sale. Great salesman!

Harry knew exactly what I wanted .Very helpful gave a professional service , made you feel comfortable not obligation to buy or any sakes pitches. Patient with choosing and value my needs and what I wanted out of a bed. Very helpful in making my choice in buying. Would definitely buy again from them.

The store manager Harry was so helpful from the moment we walked through the door. He asked lots of questions to help us find exactly what we was looking for and genuinely cared about finding us the perfect match for our bed. He assisted us the entire time - we didn't bother looking anywhere else for our bed and purchased this on the spot due to how great he was at finding us our bed. He truly is the best and made our first purchase for our new home a lot easier!

Prince was our Sales Advisor, he was excellent

It was helpful to be able to try so many mattresses before choosing. The colleague who assisted us (Bobby) was friendly and clearly knowledgable about the store’s products. She explained they were short staffed but this worked well for us as we felt able to try the mattresses we wanted without feeling observed but then could get help from bobby when needed. Despite clearly being busy she was friendly and we didn’t feel rushed in any way when she was with us answering questions. Would recommend both the store and Bobby. And the hot chocolate was really nice.

This is the fourth bed I have purchased from dreams the service and warranties justify the slightly higher price than competitors. Never had issues and if I have they have always been swiftly resolved.

I was welcomed with respect and asked politely how i coukd be helped, at which i was then taken through the analysis. My young son was with me and rather than see him as annoying they welcomed him and give him a pillow too to go round with me and try out the different mattresses...the staff made us feel at home and very welcome.
