Purchasing our first bed and mattress as a newly engaged/soon to be married couple, Kishan made this process so easy, enjoyable and stress free. He expressed an abundance of knowledge and passion for the products. Took the time to understand our needs and issues with regards to comfort. The process couldn’t have been made any smoother.

The person in the store called Prince was highly knowledgeable about the beds and guided us as to what beds would be suitable for us in terms of our budgets and needs. Plus, there was a variety of beds to choose from.

Sales representative Mr Kishan at the Hayes branch really looked after me and my wife. As we entered the store he straight away attended us and offered dink’s. It was very kind of him. He then took us to the machine for the right mattress we needed to buy. After that he explained and made us practically check each of the different mattresses with all the possible options. He was very professional and very patient while me and my wife decided which one to buy. Excellent service by Kishan. Thank you very much.
