The outcome of product not the same as explained at the time of purchase

The manager had to leave in the middle of the process

Store seemed a bit cluttered and unorganized Sales guy Prince was excellent though.

The delivery length and the cost of assesmbling the products. We bought 3 bed thought it would fair for £50 for all three to be fitted

There were not enough staff in store to deal with the customers they had and I had to wait a considerable time for one to become available. They were extremely apologetic and offered me refreshment while I had to wait. The staff instore were struggling to cope with the level of customers.

Store layout was confusing . took a while to understand the different mattresses and the layout did not help to either. Only 2 colleagues ere available and both were busy for a while. Choice of mattresses were confusing and big price jump from one to another with not much justification ( that I could see). Also choice of bed frames were limited. Had to buy bed frame from Argos instead.

the prize wasnt cheap... could do with beter offer in sales items ,,,

The product is not readily available to take when you pay for it and it's not even available in Milton Keynes as I was willing to go and collect it myself

Ì felt that the time taken for the item to be delivered was too long.

Shop floor was confusing, it says upto 50% sales but items which were full price were also marked in Red creating confusions.
