Wasn't able to get any pillows thrown into the deal even though we spent just over 3k. Not the end of the world though.

Bobby the lady who served me was informative and tentative. I ended spending way over my budget beause I was sold on her cistomer services.

Kishan who served me treated me was very friendly,& knowledgeable and listened to my needs recommended the best bed for my requirements. I wanted to go into the next and wasn’t there too long as the service I received there just put me off so I returned to dreams and bought the bed. I was a bit disappointed that the headboard was not available for delivery at the same time. The service I received was excellent. Your salesman is an asset to your company. I was very content when I left the shop.

Highly satisfied with the sales person that helped us but we did feel that your prices are very high. Example: £499 for a headboard which is basically a large piece of wood with upholstery! We are in the middle of moving house and needed this bed quickly, otherwise i would have built the headboard myself.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Narvinder. However, I had been to an alternate branch the previous day, and knew exactly which mattress I wanted so did not need to spend an undue amount of time in the store.

I was highly satisfied to begin with then I became satisfied with the overall experience however the store staff was very helpful and friendly all the time.

Given the large value of the order I felt a better discount could’ve been offered in addition to the sale price OR a free Installation / Removal service offered. Instead we wasted a lot of time discussing what a good deal I was being offered. The Area Manager happened to arrive who quickly grasped the situation and the fact I was about to walk away and gave me an additional discount that led me to place the order there and then.

Price -Service was great, Nav was brilliant in what he had to offer. We walked into the store with no intention to purchase from dreams. We walked next door to Benson Bed although their price was very competitive we felt at ease when dealing with Nav as he met all of our needs
