I bought a bed and mattress and its confirmed from store that because of bed frame its going to be a late delivery. They asked me to call service team and ask for a split delivery so that i will get mattress early atleast. Called the team, they declined it saying it will be chargeable about £39 for delivery. I can't understand one thing you are saying free delivery for items above £100!! I had a plan to buy another mattress but, put on hold because of this.

Buying this one off item running into the holiday period would have expected more availability. Other more expensive item were still available for delivery prior to the Christmas holiday period. Earliest delivery date now due mid January. a bit of a let down for the n of year.

Product in store I could see it still wrapped in the show room but team didn’t know(the new Cora mattress) said in stock online but couldn’t take it away, the tea/coffee station Could have been tidier

Had a mattress to return due to faulty manufacture. Went to store to get another different mattress which I had to pay for even though I had an email from dreams saying I was entitled to a full refund. I will not get a refund for the faulty mattress until it's returned, which is a month away unless I want to have no bed.

We visited this store twice in the same day first time no one came to ask us what we wanted but second time when we went back one of your staff came and welcomed us was very friendly and helped us to choose! The only thing is the delivery date is too long 3 weeks we have to wait! That’s why I’m not highly satisfied!

I was highly satisfied,, with most of it ,the assistant said we can sleep 100 nights and we can change if we are not happy with it,,, I read the booklet and it's saying 40 nights, not very satisfied.

Product could have been cheaper considering that there was a sale on , and we bought 2 beds . No one ever wins these surveys and this is just a gimmick . There is always room for improvement and in today's uncertain times a decent discount helps , after all in a few months time these beds will probably be reduced by 30 , 40 or 50% !!
