Sales lady was very helpful and not pushy in any way told me to relax on each of the mattresses to see which was the most comfortable for me...the only thing I found was that the same mattress was at the same price as the day before as I was told it would have gone to its original price the following day...I did find ur prices are a bit hi. But far as ur sales people are concerned they are very polite and helpful

We left home in the morning with the aim of looking for for a bed with a good price and comfortable. We left your store, the first and only one that we visited, with a bed purchased.

The staff was very friendly and with complete knowledge of the products. The products were superb but real test only comes when used. I hope the product remains as it is after time of use.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store which was nice. I wasn't forced towards anything we had time to settle down and told there were more beds upstairs too. I was asked if we needed help and I said no. So the store colleague said she will be just around in case I wanted anything. We took almost an hour or more to decide. We were offered tea/coffee whilst me and my fiancé were debating on our choice. The knowledge of staff was excellent they knew what they were selling which is always good. She only told us about basics till that point and no upselling, having worked in sales that was really nice to see a genuine interest in a customer. Once we decided she printed out our order and showed us another comparative order in case we went for upgrade. It was pleasing to see that as we didn't feel like pressurised or forced and felt like final decision was for us to make. When you paying for a product thats everything you could as for especially if it's goods that are most important necessity of your life. So I was very pleased and highly satisfied that I went to dreams even though I ended up spending double the amount I originally planned. But I guess it's worth it.

we met an adviser MR Vijay in Hayes branch , he was helping as very satisfied and happiness , what are the information we need it about bed and mattress , he has given very good explanation about it ,and we are very happy with delivery guy as well because I am pregnant so I requested to that driver to put in special place he did it , really I am appreciated that ,I received voice message from the delivery department or driver , between 3 to 5pm delivery but they delivered at 3:00 clock , I am vey happy about . thank you Dreams

The staff in the store were great especially the colleague who dealt with our purchase, she took her time to help guide us to choosing the right product for our needs and budget.
