We entered the store and had a look around. We were approached by Bobby the sale assistant. We did not fell that she was hovering over us or trying to sell us something, we felt that she was genuinely trying to help. She found the right mattress for me, had excellent product knowledge, and met all our requirements. We went in looking for an ottoman bed that was high and an extremely comfortable bed, which was a distinct colour, all which had to be of good quality. We were initially looking at Sealy beds because my Son has a Seally mattress, and I wanted something similar. We cam across Therapur range which I liked better. She let us have a look around to ensure that we had made the right choice. BEST SALES ASSISTANT IN STORE, deserves all the credit, next time I am in store I know who to ask for help. The purchase was a lot but I knew this going in so I am glad I was able to get finance. The finance option is the best that I had come across. I don't usual like spending much on myself but this was an exception because I believe the quality is excellent and it was everything that I wanted.

The standard of customer service is fantastic

The team member called vishal was very kind chatty and very chirpy he treated me and my daughter very well he found the perfect.bed and mattress for my very picky daughter and she was.delighted with the bed chosen and the feel of the luxury mattress.
