Bobby helped us choose mattress firmness by our sleeping position, showing mattresses we wanted (memory foam). She didn't judge us by our appearance and how much we can spend as in other shop. Bobby was very friendly person and with a smile.

Was helped by Bobby at dreams in hayes she was an absolute star, helped me with all my questions, no hesitation! Kind, funny and a pleasure to do business with... she is an asset to the company and deserves recognition.

The shop Assistance at Hayes Bobby was very help she listened to my needs was not pushy at all and gave me time to think about the the purchase. I was able to buy but delay my delivery in line with my home restorations.

Bobby who assisted me had a great knowledge and sold me what was right for me - I really liked that she didn't just try to sell me the most expensive item. She was friendly, charming and funny and made it a pleasure - I now wouldn't go anywhere else for bed.

The customer advisor Harmy was very polite and helpful. The store is located in Hayes, which has around 3 other bed shops in the same vicinity. I visited, bensons for beds, lewis ? (next to the Next store) and even Argos. To be honest Dreams was the only store who had a member of staff greet me, and stay with me until I was satisfied with what I had wanted. So thank you for that. I will recommend to family and friends for sure.

It is a very expensive product, but one that had been recommended to my by my hospital for a medical condition. She was very informative about different firmness options, and pillows available.
