We went to the Dreams Store in Hays retail park to look for beds and mattresses. We had not much prior knowledge of the mattresses. The staff at the store were very helpful and friendly and gave us their full attention in terms of time spent with us and their knowledge about the products. At no point did we feel rushed and the staff tried their best to give us value for money. In the end we bought 3 beds and mattresses as well as 2 wardrobes and a couple of chest of drawers. I was very happy with my purchases and would definitely go there again.

I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Bobby in the Hayes branch. She took time to show me around, explain the different products, and made me a cup of tea. She was able to throw in a mattress protector, and also compromised on delivery costs. Very approachable and knowledgeable.

This is the second time I have placed an order with this store in the past month and the staff recognised us and were very friendly and helpful. The product I wanted is from the new Seoul range and although the range was not on display at this store, Harry was very helpful and knowledgable.

The sales assistant, Bobby, was very helpful and answered all my questions to guide me to a purchase I'm very happy with.

The service was really friendly and professional at the same time. The person who assisted me took the time to understand my need and budget and recommended accordingly. He was really understanding and allowed me the time to try out different mattresses with different pillow combinations till I found the perfect fit for me. I would highly recommend this store to all my family and friends.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Was not pushy in selling the product. I didnt feel obligated to buy. Very friendly. They left a lastjng impression that i went to other bed shops, and went back to Dreams instead. Very satisfactory service
