When I entered the store I wasn't left waiting around to be assisted, Harry came straight up to me and said good morning and offered me a hot drink. He asked what I was looking for and showed me the range of what they had. He was very patient with me and took time with me. I felt very relaxed with Harry and he didn't try to push me into buying one product over the next. I felt he knew what he was talking about when discussing different mattresses, he even gave me my own pillow to lie down and try the mattress with. I felt extremely satisfied with the service today, it makes a change from someone just pressurising you to make that quick sale.

My son was looking for a new bed. He spent a lot of time looking on the net. I spent 3 days visiting the store. Myself visited twice . Each time Harry would check if we had any questions. Each time giving us a reply that was in plain English. When completing the sale Harry made sure we understood everything . Most enjoyable visit to the store

The bed cwwas delivered with in three day which was very convenient as the bed I had before broke so the fast delivery was just perfect

The sales assistant was exptremely knowledable, listened and understood my needs and guided me to hopefully the best purchase for me. I would definately recommend people to visit the store to see this guy!

helpful service. Brand and store mechanising could do with some investment to give it a facelift. Invest in technology around the store to help people help themselves (e.g. iPads for digital signage rather than print), info with the different types of mattresses etc. Perhaps a pre-booking system for consultations e.g. apple so i can book my discussion with a sales person ahead of time rather than queuing - a lot of customers turned up and had to wait in line to chat to someone. Pre-booking would almost guarantee revenue/sales conversion. Overall brand experience just needs some investment and i am sure you'd see returns.

The sales representative conducted himself in a very professional manner but refrained from the pushy approach conducted in many stores.
