Staff listened to my requirements and questions, were very attentive and patient, and helped me choose the right product for my needs.

We were unsure what type of mattress we wanted to purchase but Bobbi the sales assistant spent time with us finding out what each of us wanted & then went on to explain the benefits of each type of mattress that may suit us. Her product knowledge was excellent & she gave us time to go back to each mattress & spend time trying them out without making us feel pressurised. After deciding on our purchase we were able to get the delivery quickly and at a time we wanted. The whole process was painless & the customer service was excellent. I would reccomend Dreams to anyone wanted to buy a mattress or bed.

We came to the store a bit late, around 5 pm. We were greeted straight away at the entrance by the adviser who took time to listen and explain everything what we wanted in detail. He stayed with us till we complete the purchase. Most important was that we changed our minds twice while billing and the adviser was patient and pleasant and changed the orders without any problems. Store closes at 6pm, but he stayed till 6.45 PM to complete the order with a smile. This made our whole shopping experience very positive and different to other places.

Brilliant service very helpful

I needed a bed straight away as my bed had broken. The manager found me a clearance bed that could be taken away upon purchase.
