I've been to a few stores and the service, advice and explanation I got from Harry to help me decide on my purchase was simply great. Harry explained everything to me in terms of differences and trying the various beds, and even though he knew I had seen something I wanted in another store he won me over. I therefore returned to place my order with Harry - honest education and sales deserved my custom and business. Thank you very much Harry, great job!

realy satisfied went to Benson beds next door did not have one product in showroom that we were looking for (adjustable bed) were told to look on the internet manager was not helpful at all. Harry the store manager at Dreams was most helpful.

The sales associate was extremely helpful in looking up our previous order from the store. He spent a good amount of time discussing the differences in mattresses, as I'm interested in purchasing a foam memory mattress for myself.

On walking through the door I was greeted with a smile and welcome to dreams Harry went through o series of questions and listened to what my needs were with my back trouble and type of pillow I used. showed me the various types of mattresses to help narrow down my choice and to use a pillow similar to what I use at home to give me a better idea and feel for the different styles of the mattresses He was knowledgable in the various bed and types and amazing patience I would never have brought the right mattress for me without his assistance He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease trying the various mattresses I brought my original ornate bed and last two matresses from dreams He gave me all the options of payments avaliable and even offered a tea or coffee whilst sorting out the paper work It was the obvious choice to come back I have always had great service in store and by the delivery men themselves have always been helpful when delivering. Customer service is so important you don't get that online!!!!!!! Thank you dreams

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Both my beds were purchased with ease and a clear understanding of all the terms around this purchase. The Shop assistant was very easy to talk to and understood what I needed to purchase. With his knowledgle, he helped me make the best choice of beds that i needed for my children.

Upon entering the store we were served very promptly by Bobby. She was friendly, knowledgable and understanding to our needs. She helped us pick a suitable mattress and checked availability for us efficiently. When we finally decided which bed base and mattress we would like, she processed the order quickly. We overall were very happy with the shopping experience at Deams in Hayes and would highly recommend that store to friends and family, especially because of the high level of customer service that we recieved from Bobby.
