Vishal was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to understand what mattress we required.He was fast and efficient when dealing with our order. A very friendly person who even offered us a cup of tea!

The customer service was excellent. The staff, Harry and Bobby, were very nice with great product knowledge.

Our rep was really good he spent time with us even when we was unsure, but was lack of staff due no overtime so felt staff was under pressure due xmas rush

I was highly satisfied with the dreams staff member as he was was friendly and polite. We were able to make our dissision within a few minutes for buying a new mattress as the staff member was very helpful. This is the second mattress we have brought from dreams and the same staff member has helped us both times.

Kishan Patel, the gentleman who helped us delivered an outstanding service. I actually remember speaking to him a few months ago and even though I didn't purchase anything then, his customer service was fantastic.

I've been thinking about a new bed base as my old bed is worn out. I called into dreams on my way to Staples, just to see what was available and found what I was looking for. It seemed sensible to order it as it looked good and I have had a Dreams sofa bed for many years. The sales assistant was happy to show me a couple of folding beds, as that was what I was originally interested in as I will need a guest bed, but on my way out I found a nice divan to replace my old bed. All my questions were answered fully and the ordering was easy. Terms and conditions were explained. A good experience in the store. I wait to see what the delivery experience is like. The only down side is having to book a whole day off work on the delivery day as no time will be given until the day. I have received a confirmation text already.
