Very good service friendly knowledgeable staff

My partner and I simply entered the store to browse beds in the thought that we may purchase one sometime in the new year. I have to say the customer service on both this occasion and the occasion which I settled my deposit and collected my pillows I was extremely impressed with. Bobby attended to us and had a great extensive knowledge of health benefits on purchasing a new mattress. As a health professional myself I found this very refreshing as Bobby knew the products she was selling to us inside out, she tailored the order to our needs. All staff in the store were very polite and offered refreshments on both visits. We felt like we had a personal shopper the experience was really that good! I will both recommend to friends and family and for sure will be returning to this store in the future to purchase again. Thanks so much for a great service !

Fantastic service best oncomplex

There were staff available to assist as soon as we walked in and they made themselves known to us. We felt extremely relaxed and wandered around without any sales pressure whatsoever. It wasn't until I wanted to ask questions that an assistant (Pravesh) made himself available and it soon became clear that he was knowledgable of the products in store. We made our choice of the type of bed we were going to purchase and left the store to discuss in privacy. Again there was no pressure to complete a sale before we left. We went to another bed store and to compare prices and did not receive the same service and the assistant was not as knowledgable as Pravesh. We returned to Dreams and placed our order that same day.
