The staff (Harry (Harpal)) was fantastic - he gave us the best service we never imagined - helpful, knowledgable and the fact the showroom had everything in one place for us to see was just great.

My wife and I have been going to Dreams for many years now we always ask for Harry the manager at the Hayes branch as over the year he has always been very helpful and friendly with us, he is more like a friend to us now than the store manager. He always goes above and beyond to look after us and we never get pushed into purchasing something that we do not require. Thank you once again Harry for your excellent help and service in choosing our new king size bed, mattress and headboard.

Bally (store colleague) was very helpful and so friendly. He helped me to find the right mattress in a short time, his tactic to compare a few mattresses was a good way of finding out what type of mattress I wanted along with with different price ranges, asking questions on what I want and what I did and didn't like from some of the mattresses we compared.

The mattress selection machine was a good invention and the advisor was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about but there was no pressure to buy anything. Just good advice.
