We were attended to by Kishan during both of our visits today. He took time out to explain the different springing and allowed us to try different beds to try to fit our needs. At no time did we feel rushed and considered he gave a very personal and professional service. we compared the bed with other stores bue returned to purchase not our original choice but a better quality bed/

It was our second visit and the assistant remembers what we wanted. He was polite and gave us help and advice when needed. Refreshments where offered during our decision making.

I went in knowing what I wanted and walked out satisfied. I was given information on alternative products.

I went to the store with my wife to buy a new bed, i was very pleased with the support i received from the store assistant Harry. I was able to ask for what i wanted and he made it very easy for me to choose the bed with good knowledge of product and helpful advice.

I TOLD THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE, WHAT I WANTED. HE, DID NOT WASTE MY TIME, SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, SUGGESTED FEW ADD ONS, AND WE AGREED ON COLOR AND ORDERED.

The customer service was excellent. The staff answered all my questions. I was shown several mattresses and I wasn't pushed into buying a mattress which was higher in value. Instead he found me a mattress which was suitable to my needs. The staff did not use complex jargon and spoke in simple friendly manner, making it an easier buy. Furthermore when i told the staff i was going to another store to compare products they did not pressure me into staying or discourage me from going. Which showed the confidence in their products.Plus i got a Cup of tea!
