The sales assistant Harry was very friendly and was able to answer all of our queries.

Very friendly, attentive service. good knowledge of products, understanding customer needs and great suggestions.

Vishal at the Brentford store was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived very late on Friday afternoon (7pm) and the store closes at 8pm. Baljit the member of staff working then stayed past closing time until 9pm to help us and purchase our beds on that day.

Although bed not delivered yet,but as per the specification and pamphlet shown the bed will meet our need.

We were looking for single bed the staff said it was upstairs and we went upstairs stood there for 20 minutes no one came to help or ask anything towards us. Told the staff you should keep a minimum of one staff upstairs or if not when someone is shopping upstairs send someone.

Informative and there to help but not too pushy. Bensons are next door and by comparison they are like used car salesmen. Ugh.

The staff came straight away to greet me and ask me if I needed help and showed me the best priceed bed and quality of that best was perfect I tried lying on the beds but the bed that the staff recommend was the best bed I've ever laid on Only downside was the delivery date was a month after but understandable as I chose a super King and it had to be made and it wasn't ready made

Harry at the store listened to our requirements and matched them to an outstanding satisfaction, the only thing we were disappointed with our 1st choice of bed was not in stock and even tho Harry tried his best to locate one it was not available. He then showed us the bed we purchased and explained the functionality of the bed and the quality of mattress very well.
