Our assistant was really friendly and helpful, she explained everything in details about the mattresses. She offered accessories as well. She was helping us out through the finance process. :):)

I'd seen reviews on a mattress I thought I wanted but the assistant advised that it wasn't as firm as I'd thought so we chose a finer one

The attention to detail and knowledge of the products by the manager Harry (Harpel) were impressive and helped greatly in making the decision of what to buy. There was no pressure selling and we were taken to many beds and tried many mattresses before deciding which one we preferred. The after sales service was also excellent as we were able to have the delivery date of our choice. through the efforts of the sales satff.

Assistance was sent as soon as we entered the store and he took a lot of time to explain and understand my grandfathers needs, good hospitality mKing sure we were comfy when ordering and ordering us beverages

Your Representative Vishal was very knowledgeable with the mattresses and after very politely asking me my husbands and my needs, and trying a few for comfort, I was guided to the perfect mattress. The whole experience was extremely easy and he covered all that was required of himself and The Dreams Company. The delivery went extremely smoothly as well. The driver arrived within the time slot with his helper and our old mattress removed and the new put in place. Overall an excellent and straightforward experience. Thank you to all concerned.
