The lady that served us (Bobby) was very knowledgeable, very courteous and extremely patient, and she looked after us very well and we were extremely satisfied with her performance; it was a shame that in this era it took so long to finalise the purchase with all the forms, and that spending £4,000 didn't qualify us for any discount.

Staff how attended me helped to choose the items, colour combination etc.

Assistance was available very quickly and the dreams' colleague was helpful in finding a bed to suit my needs

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and supported and advised on the appropriate mattress.

As we entered the store website were approached by harry. When we went next doorto Benson beds to shop around no attention was given. So we walked out of the store and came bak to dreams.

Sales assistance was very helpful and didn't rush us. When we go into any shop we don't like to be pounced on by sales assistance I like to shop before seeing an assistance and when entering Dreams store we didn't have that experience which I am pleased to say. The sales assistance gave us time to look and study what we were looking for. He was very helpful and gave us a comfortable services as I hate being rushed into anything. He explained everything to us that we need to know about the bed. Superb service by Kishan at the Hayes, Middlesex branch. I would recommend Dreams for there excellent services and quality of furniture. This is the first time we have ordered from Dreams and have had a fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you.
