Dreams - Hayes

We loved our experience at Dreams. We were attended by Bobby who was very helpful at pointing us to the right mattresses and helping us understand the differences in features and prices. She made us as ease and let us test each mattress and pillow options for as long as we felt comfortable that we made the right choice. She kindly offered us refreshments. We are convinced that we picked the right mattresses and pillows and that we tested all the available options.

The manager knew everything about the products. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of various mattresses and let us take our time to browse and make a decision without being overly pushy. He informed us about everything we needed to know and was very friendly. There are no long waits for delivery and our old mattress will be taken away! What more can you ask for! We would always make Dreams in Hayes our first choice when choosing a new bed or mattress. Highly recommended!

The assistant was very helpful without being overbearing or pushy. The colour coding was explained fully and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a decision.Being a really hot day we were immediately offered a drink of cold water and were continuously offered more during our visit.

General customer service was excellent coupled with excellent product knowledge made us confident in making the correct choice. Bobby was the lady that served us and she is a credit to your company.

The service provided by Bobby was excellent. She assisted us throughout the store, helping us select the appropriate mattress and bed frame which we were satisfied with. She understood our preferences and helped us select an excellent mattress by making us lay down on them and tell her how we felt about it, if not correct then she showed us a variety of other mattresses so we could come to a conclusion on what we wanted. Bobby understood our price range and made sure she did not show us products which we were not interested in. Her communication and assistance towards us was fantastic. Being able to understand the customer and help them choose the perfect bed frame and mattress was her quality. She did not want to just sell the products, but she also wanted us to be satisfied with our choices, which we were. Dreams overall, were offering a recycling service to take away the old beds, which we were extremely satisfied with. From the excellent customer service received by Bobby, we as a family were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble at the Hayes store. However our visit to the store in Ruislip Manor was the complete opposite. We were given no assistance, given wrong information and the assistant gave the appearance and attitude of "not wanting to be there". Never going to that store ever again.

Vishal, Harry and Bobby made it very easy to purchase a mattress. Vishal assisted me during my purchase and made me feel comfortable testing mattresses out, Harry and Bobby were really friendly and all are a credit to your team.
