The customer service was excellent from start to finish. On our first visit Bally was very pleasant and supported us with the mattress test which led us to return another day to make the purchase. He was professional and courteous and took time to explain the process and options to us. Upon our purchase day we felt valued and appreciated by the other colleague Kishan who served us. We were offered hot drinks which was a lovely touch! We felt listened to and appreciated the advice and reasoning given to us which helped determine our purchase. The staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, particularly Kishan who processed our order and his jovial colleague. Well done to the team, it’s a breath of fresh air in today’s fast paced consumer environment to have it all slowed down to a comfortable pace for a big purchase!

Rakesh was very friendly had great knowledge. The process of choosing a mattress to a bed was very easy as Rakesh was a great help.

I was greeted on entry and guided through the store based on our needs which made it easier for me to make a purchase decision

I was greeted on entering the store and then asked what it was we were looking for. We were seen by the sales/store manager who directed me to the sleep match bed to analyse the best match for me. The whole process was explained thoroughly and the matches were shown to me. I was then directed to different firmness of mattress to help the manager gauge which style I preferred and used his knowledge to direct me towards models he felt were suitable and that I would prefer. We narrowed it down to 3 different mattresses and only then did the manager give the technical details of the mattresses and why they felt slightly different. I appreciated that he had not bombarded me with technical stats from the beginning as the decisions I made were then based on comfort rather than thinking about the specification. Once I made my decision, ordering was easy and quick and the benefits of the extended guarantee were explained well and I took this out as well. He discussed the pillow I had used and the benefits that would bring and this was ordered as well. I was very happy with the friendliness, knowledge and service provided. It makes it very easy to recommend Dreams to others.

Harry at the Southhall/Hayes branch was very attentive and listened to all our concerns as we were buying beds for our new home. Although we were exhausted with the house move, Harry was a very good salesman and made us feel relaxed with the Sleepmatch, which was a lot of fun yet interesting, and made us delicious hot chocolate and latte! He had a wealth of knowledge about the beds and pillows and helped us every step of the way. The financing was also very quick and thoroughly explained. Harry even offered to help us carry the many pillows that we bought into the car. Customer service at its finest! Thank you, Harry and team!

From the minute I walked into the store the Manager and his team were friendly, helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable of their products. Good service is extremely hard to come by in some stores but I can sincerely say I was so impressed with the treatment I received here. I would without hesitation go back to this store when I need to replace my mattress

I was assisted by the store manager Harry at The Bridge Retail Park branch in Hayes, Southall on The Uxbridge Road. I have to say I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Harry was personable, friendly, highly professional and highly knowledgeably about all of the products that were in store. I needed a mattress urgently, to take away on the day and he stepped up to the mark perfectly, ensuring all of my needs were met accordingly. I wasn’t rushed in any way - he spent a lot of time helping me as needed. The whole transaction from viewing the products to finally making a purchase was seamless from start to finish. I was exceptionally happy with the whole shopping experience.
