I found my sales assistant to be very helpful, not pushy & explained all my option & recommend slightly cheaper products, offered refreshments & told me to take my time,

Prince the salesman was excellent he price matched Daniels. He also had a great knowledge of the Tempur range which the guys at Benson Beds did not have. A friendly guy who did not place any pressure on the sale.

I went in not knowing what to expect but I was given a lot of opportunity try out some of the beds. I was also given enough information on different beds in order for me to be able to make up my mind. The assistant was good, because she did not stand and wait for me to make up my mind. She went away in order for me to assimilate the information she had given me.

The sales lady Bobby was efficient, knowledgeable, polite and made the process simple.

Kishon was outstanding! He help me in every way possible to find the right product at the right price. He was friendly, professional and absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Prince who assisted me was very helpful, getting me to try a number of different types of mattresses. Allowing time to try between the two I liked the best. Took time to explain the different costs and different payment options. After doing all of this for me he then repeat the same for my daughter, whilst I enjoyed a nice cold drink. Once we had picked out the mattresses he then told us about all the deals on pillows etc which were all really good value

Very friendly and informative staff. Quick to see us and allowed us to browse the products in good time

Sales assistant prince was very knowledgeable and helpful. Offered us water as it was a hot day. We were greeted by other staff in store also. We were made aware of sales and also when sale period expired to endure we had enough time to come to a final decision.
