Prince the advisor was very helpful for my requirements

Variety of beds to try & choose from. Full attention was given to us, but allowed our own time to decide what we wanted

Prince was welcoming from when we entered the store, patient and had good product knowledge.

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

The stores was clean and tidy, which made it easy to view all the products. The store also had a lot of the products advertised on the website which was good as we had a chance to view many of the products we earmarked on the Dreams website. The customer service advisor Prince was very helpful and friendly which made the experience good. I thoroughly recommend the Hayes Bridge retail store.

I was afforded time to make a considered decision without pressure and Harry was very patient with me and fully understood my requirements.

This visit was to replace our double divan bed which is about 36 years old! We were greeted by Prince who welcomed us to Dreams and invited us to look around and to partake tea, coffee or water. After a little while he came over and asked if we needed any help and then invited us to try a variety of mattresses. He quickly established our dislikes and narrowed the field of products available best suited to our perceived preferences. We were then left to wander and try and re-try some of the options and he provided us with tempur pillows to take around. He frequently came back and helped us to narrow even further the type of mattress that seemed to suit us. After a while he offered to do a quote but we said we wanted time to talk and have lunch. On our return about 2 hours later he remembered us and the mattresses we preferred and spent time helping us to finalise our decision. He helped us choose a divan base and headboard and quickly got an order together. He allowed us to re-visit our choice of material and colour and also look in detail at headboards before finalising the order. Prince was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with.
