Our experience in the store was friendly and informative. Upon entering, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for (whilst being asked if we would like a drink). We were looking for a new package that would help a recent sporting injury, and although we had no experience buying beds, we were asked what we were looking for in our purchase. Our options were explained well by two salesman (Prince and Harry), and why we would go for each of the choices. We were then offered to try out a few of the options, with them both making sure our testing was to replicate our current experience (how we sleep, which side etc). After trying a few, we were given further options which are more tailored to our feedback. We settled on a Tempur Cloud 27 SK as it was a good compromise between my partner and I. It was explained well that although I did not like the standard Cloud thickness, the thicker version will provide more support. After settling on a mattress, we explained our requirements for a frame, and were shown all the bed options available to us, including headboards. After making all the choices, checkout was quick and simple, including all our extras. Thanks Prince!

Kishan at Dreams in Hayes was fantastic. Not a pushy sales person (I put my guard up immediately if this is the case!). He showed me around and explained all the bed types to help me narrow the task down and stayed close to answer questions but not so close it felt uncomfortable. He knew the answers to any questions and did not promote most expensive items, he just genuinely LISTENED and then moved me on to something more appropriate. I found choosing a mattress pretty stressful but Kishan was great, patient and friendly!

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was less than 30 minutes from walking through the door, selecting, delivery details and payment. we even looked at a sofa bed!!
