It was a quiet Saturday afternoon and there were not much people so as expected staff were very friendly and accommodating. He offered us drink and answered all our questions. He was not too pushy and gave us enough alone time to try many products, discuss and decide for ourselves. He was very knowledgeable about the products and convinced us in getting the extended warranties for both frame and mattress. Overall, we were happy how we decided our purchase. Hopefully the quality of the bed would be at expected high standard and would arrive on time. Definitely would recommend to friends.
