The service received from prince was excellent very friendly most helpful and very informative, offered pillows and extras.

I found exactly what i was looking for, and I've got all the assistance i need to choose the right product for my case. I liked the good variety of different products so, i had a good choice to try and get the one i need. The lady was very kind to answer all my questions.

The contact at the Dreams store in Hayes (Prince) was very polite and professional with good product knowledge. We were offered a hot drink several times and were also left alone when needed for my partner and I to discuss our choice privately. We had previously visited John Lewis and Feather and Black stores but found their service lacking. Well done Dreams. I hope the delivery and personnel delivering the mattress are also as good and professional as your colleagues in the Hayes store.

Dreams hold excellent stock for viewing, the staff are attentive and willing to assist. Interactive TV screens in store help the customer to find the information they need on a product, especially dimensions.

Excellent product knowledge about ottoman products

I was served by Bobby in your Hayes Branch (103). She came over, over assistance with in a very friendly manner. I was shown a few beds and then left to try things out for myself. As soon as I looked for help again, Bobby saw me looking and came back over to me. I was then taken to the computers to put my order through. Everything was very easy and Bobby was very friendly and efficient. Excellent service!
