Dreams - Hayes

I was served by a very lovely person called Harry. He spent time and displayed very clear ptoduct knowledge (as he has real experience as opposed to someone having learnt it from a leaflet). He had my trust, commitment, and loyalty by the time he finished, and, this was because he genuinely was helping me to fit the scenario in which I was buying. By using his experience, skill and great products I felt extremely happy that I chose this Dreams store to make my important purchase.

We no trouble in ordering our bed Plus the collection of our old bed.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and offered assistance without pressurising us into buying any products.

Service from Prince was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy.

I was not sure what I wanted but the assistant was very helpful, patient and understanding. I was in store a long time trying to make up my mind but in the end I hope that I have made the right choice. Kishan who looked after me could 't have been nicer and I was so grateful for his help and patience.

I went to the hayes store this afternoon, the store looked busy. I was greeted straight away. Gentleman that helped me name was harry he was actually the store manager he was very cherie and helpful. He hepled me with my bed fram purchase. He explained eveything i needed to know. Made sure the dates dor the deleivery suited me which great as its very soon. My experience in this store was great. Id definalty recommended my family and friend to come to the hayes branch to meet with harry he had brillaint customer service skills. As im from a retail back ground myself. He really took care of my needs during the purchase so its a big thumbs up from me. Thank you

We were shown the whole range of Tempur mattresses and the differences between them was explained in great detail. We were given ample time to try out each mattress and the different pillows before making our final decision. Bobby showed excellent product knowledge, she was very customer focused, friendly and extremely patient.

As soon as we entered the store a lovely member of staff approached us was gave us a warm welcome, and encouraged us to lie on the beds and approach a member of staff if we need any help. A member of staff named Prince was friendly, welcoming and accommodated our needs. He helped us find the best bed which were suited to us and told us what each bed's material was, for example, gel, spring, foam or therapur etc. Prince also approached us and asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee and gave us our teas as quick as a fiddle! He encouraged us to "take our time" and told us if we needed assistance or had any questions we are more than welcome to speak to him or a colleague. He came over to check on us a couple of times to assist us. Once we found our favourite mattress, Prince offered us some foam pillows (which we bought as they are wonderful), and was very helpful! the customer service overall was excellent and I will recommend a friend, colleague and member of my family to go to that particular shop because you don't get that type of customer service in this day and age.
