The sales assistant was very good - he was totally interested in what we were looking for and his knowledge of the products was excellent.

We were extremely impressed with our Dreams consultant Prince at the Hayes Bridge Store he was very knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing our mattress as well as offering tea and coffee whilst choosing our mattress.We would highly recommend anyone going to Hayes to ask for Prince as he was so friendly and helpful all the way through our purchase highly recommended . .

I was highly satisfied with my experience because I walked in the shop and was unsure of what bed and type of mattress I would like. I was approached by a colleague named Bobby. She was indeed very helpful to helping me with my purchase and gave me her recommendations of what bed is most popular and the type of mattress that provides comfort and at a affordable price. I made a trip into bensons for beds and didn't receive the same service as I did with Bobby. Her knowledge and understanding the customers needs was acceptional. Also it was new to me when she recommended the 0% APR credit. As I was making my purchase Bobby offered me refreshments not once but a few times as I was sat there and this gave me an indication that I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends and was happy with the service she provided.
