Kishon was very knowledgeable and guided me through my options, found the experience of the bed/mattress finder a little hard but only because of my condition.

Staff was very friendly & very very helpful.They helped me choose right mattress for us.I highly recommended

I came in about 2 weeks previously and was assissted while looking for a bed frame. The help was very good as I had a number of strict space requirements to work wgainst and was provided a number of options that would work. I did not buy at the time as I still needed to decide on a matress but was not ready to at the time. I came back over the weekend and was quickly greeted and taken through the process for buying a matress (as I was still happy with the bed I had decided upon previously), going through the sleep match and based on that info was advised on trying a number of different matresses (along with my feedback on each one i tried). This led me to a one I feel quite confident about.

We were severed by Bally, he was really friendly and helpful. He took his time to explain us all our queries and concerns. I need to buy more beds in couple of months so will surely go again to same store and ensure Bally helps us

I was served by Bobby. She was amazing, Very quick and tactful. She new exactly what we were looking for. She had excellent customer service. I am very satisfied .

My daughter and I had a fabulous experience at Dreams. Our assistant Bally working at the Southall/Hayes branch was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. We felt at ease, didn't feel any time pressure. He listened to my needs and went out of his way to ensure I received the bed as early as possible. We had a laugh and just a great customer experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. On our first visit Bally was very pleasant and supported us with the mattress test which led us to return another day to make the purchase. He was professional and courteous and took time to explain the process and options to us. Upon our purchase day we felt valued and appreciated by the other colleague Kishan who served us. We were offered hot drinks which was a lovely touch! We felt listened to and appreciated the advice and reasoning given to us which helped determine our purchase. The staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, particularly Kishan who processed our order and his jovial colleague. Well done to the team, it’s a breath of fresh air in today’s fast paced consumer environment to have it all slowed down to a comfortable pace for a big purchase!
