Kishon was very knowledgeable and guided me through my options, found the experience of the bed/mattress finder a little hard but only because of my condition.

Staff was very friendly & very very helpful.They helped me choose right mattress for us.I highly recommended

We were severed by Bally, he was really friendly and helpful. He took his time to explain us all our queries and concerns. I need to buy more beds in couple of months so will surely go again to same store and ensure Bally helps us

I came in about 2 weeks previously and was assissted while looking for a bed frame. The help was very good as I had a number of strict space requirements to work wgainst and was provided a number of options that would work. I did not buy at the time as I still needed to decide on a matress but was not ready to at the time. I came back over the weekend and was quickly greeted and taken through the process for buying a matress (as I was still happy with the bed I had decided upon previously), going through the sleep match and based on that info was advised on trying a number of different matresses (along with my feedback on each one i tried). This led me to a one I feel quite confident about.

My daughter and I had a fabulous experience at Dreams. Our assistant Bally working at the Southall/Hayes branch was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. We felt at ease, didn't feel any time pressure. He listened to my needs and went out of his way to ensure I received the bed as early as possible. We had a laugh and just a great customer experience. They were very helpful and very polite and understanding and respected the covid distancing I would definitely recommend dreams to anyone who is looking for a sofa

We previously visited the Dreams store in Feltham on numerous occasions each time before placing a matress order with someone else. Each time the reception was cold and no help offered at all. But, Hayes store was an exception. The sales person Kishan lead us all the way from sleep match to placing the order. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and insightful. He was empathetic to our issues and was patient to listen out. He is truly an asset to the company.
