On entering the store we were approached by a member of staff who introduced herself in a very friendly manner as "Bobby," who we found to be very knowledgeable of the company's products. She very efficiently and quickly helped us choose the mattresses to suit our needs

Kishan was super helpful, knowledgable, not pushy and polite.

Harry the store manager listened to everything I was asking for and offered professional advice, which was extremely helpful in me picking my bed

Friendly staff who were available to help us as soon as we entered the store. Staff member took the time to understand our needs. Staff even helped keep our little boy entertained.

Excellent service and product knowledge

We were encouraged to test out a number of products, and were given tempur pillows to make the experience better. Information about each product was given to us straight away. We had a great level of assistance, but were also able to spend time on our own to decide what we wanted. There was no pressure from the sales assistant. We ended up buying tempur pillows. We only went in for a mattress!
