The member of staff was very friendly and knowledgable, he showed me a number of different styles of beds and matteresses, and made my experience enjoyable.

Good knowledge. Very friendly even with my screaming child. Took time to explain the different products. No rushing my decision. No pushing assistance. Wonderful service.

Prince was very helpful and offered us tea/coffee. Very friendly and had a laugh and payed attention to all our needs.

The sales guy called Jay was very nice. Listened very carefully to the questions and answered with patience and an indepth answer was given. Jay is a very polite man. Was very satiesfied with his customer care and service skills. He made me feel important.

We had been into different bed shops and although we were asked if we needed help, at Dreams the assistant was quick to show us the colour coding and explain about the mattress we bought. Overall the assistant was very helpful and informative

Customer Rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He also made me a coffee. I will be bringing my Mum to the store next week to purchase an additional matress and hope "PRINCE" will be available.
