The staff where so good mr jsy spotted me at entrance and greeted me kindly and this made my worries go away as mostly i find it difficult to speak to pple as am shy person... They all worked together as ateam and assisted me in placing my order and this gave good customer service...i was given acup of hot chocolate this settled my nerves... Am really happy..i spent my money in confidence and happy to shop at dreams store

The staff was knowledgeable of the different products. Was honest on the opinions & able to comment on the suitability based on the need. No hard sell.

The people who were there to help were very nice and friendly, we found this very good as the person Jay helped us buy a bed and mattress.

We were warmly welcomed by Bobby at the Dreams Hayes store who provided us some quick guidance before offering coffee. We were not sure about the size of the second bed we wanted to purchase, Bobby was very patient, knowledgeable and provided great advice throughout. We were probably in the store for a good 2 hours with 2 children under the age of 2, and not once did we feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase. Booby explained to us that the cost of the small double and normal double would be the same, and if space wasn't an issue to consider going for the normal double. Great advice which we ended up going with. Pushy sales is really off putting (something we experienced in a different Dreams store and one that put me off from buying from Bensons Beds). Bobby was exemplary in her customer service and helped us make decisions we were happy with in the end. The manager of the store (didn't take his name) was also great and welcoming throughout the process.

Prince has been really helpful. He was very kind and patience. We are really glad that he could schedule the deliver sooner than other stores.

Rakesh was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and informative. He was patient and allowed us the time needed to make the right decisions for us. He did not crowd us or pressure us to make a sale, but was on hand to answer our myriad of questions. Dreams had a wide variety of mattress and it was getting quite confusing. Rakesh helped us to make it a pleasant buying experience.

it s the 2nd time we purchase in this store and twice we had the same customer adviser . He has great knowledge of the products and a great understanding of what the customer required, if all customers were served with PRINCE it will be a bonus , he also has a great sense of humour and he s very friendly , prince had offered tea and coffee and made us feel at ease ...
