The assistant was very helpful and polite. I did not feel harassed unlike in Bensons Beds next door. All round performance 10/10 Well done.

Rakesh from the Hayes store was very welcoming and had good product knowledge of each products considering he is new to the company. Prince also made my Mother's Day special he made me and my family feel welcome. Both gentlemen are an asset to the company.

Harry and Kishan were great sales reps. Harry initially helped me in choosing a mattress and advised me of a pillow which will help me with my neck pains. He was really helpful and he stayed on past his shift to help me choose a mattress. Kishan closed the sale for me and was really helpful as well with selling the additional cover. I will definitely recommend Hayes Dreams to my friends and family.

Bobby the salesperson spent a lot of time with my son (who's bed we were looking for) to decide which mattress would suit him as well as the one he preferred (not always the same).

Jay was truely Amazing and a credit to the Dreams Team. He took the time to explain everything , he was engaging and friendly at all times and had a passion to help us with Integrity. The rest of the Team on the day Were Super Stars offered us Tea and Coffee and made us feel part of their Family. We spent over 2 hours in the shop and as a Retail Manager myself felt Inspired by their Knowledge, Passion and Dedication to help. Amazing Team of People !!!!

The Dreams representative was very friendly, product details were clearly explained along with advice on recommended products based and our needs. We also received very good hospitality.

I am looking to place a large order for my new house . Bobby spent nearly 2 hours taking me through all the different mattress options , and explaining what would be right for me . I will be measuring up my house in the last week in March , and will return to finalise the order with Bobby at that point . I have never received such a high standard of service , and her product knowledge was excellent .
