I walked in and saw what I was looking for for and the ordering was very quick with a friendly assistant.

Rakesh was excellent. Warm and welcoming, offered us a drink before anything else. Took time to ascertain what my needs were, took me through several beds and mattresses. Allowed me decision making time and showed an honest need to make sure I got the right mattress for me. He was highly personable and not too pushy. Explained all of the guarantees and returns policy. He is an asset to your store. Thank you for your time, patience and efficiency.

We had been looking around for decent wardrobes and as soon as we went to Dreams we loved the quality and value. There were many options available to us meaning we could get exactly what we wanted and the service by Prince was exceptional!

Our specialist was a gentleman called 'Prince' at the Southall store. We made two visits one on Sunday 19th March, where Prince was extremely helpful moving furniture about for us so we could match bedside drawers with other items etc. On our second visit, Prince remembered us and greeted us, while some other staff just seemed to walk off, rather try to offer their assistance. As a result of your employee, Prince's friendly and informative approach, we chose to spend our 3 thousand pounds with you and not a nearby competitor.

Right from the start, we were greeted by Prince, Harry(Manager) and Kishan. We had only gone to see if we can replace our existing beds and mattresses, and were given a complete tour of the items on display and their effectiveness, to match our needs. Very calm reassuring, and friendly way of selling, me and my wife were at ease - no hard selling either. Everthing is on display and you get what you commit to, felt good to be in a place that is not interested in pushing stuff but genuine conviction of what is involved in the best way possible. There were many other customers, I could not help noticing the way they all were approached and dealt with. This is the way forward for dealing with people not just as customers.

The shop assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products, offering a wide selection of options that would suit our needs. He was not pushy but he courteously provided us with all the info necessary for us to make a considered decision. All in all a very enjoyable shopping experience for us. Thank you very much.
