I would like to give my special feedback to the assistance who really went that extra mile to help us his name is Kishan Validation code 103 can please make sure you do pass on my feed back to him. He made eye contact and smiled and said hello as we went into the store even though he was with another customer and said he will be with us soon. which was nice as we were not ignored. his product knowledge was excellent really advised us on everything also all the promotions you have running including pillows etc he did running around for us whilst we sat and decided he was very quick and helpful and really went that extra mile o help us meet all our needs I hope you have customer service star awards because he for sure deserves the award he really is a credit to your company very patients and understanding of customers needs Excellent service by Kishan I must say generally all your staff are very friendly and helpful. My main concern was the delivery. Obviously I wanted to place the order while the sale was in promotion. I visited the store to try the product even though I had done my research on-line. The assistant was very helpful. the fact that Dreams could deliver on a Sunday and also recycle my old mattress made my decision a formality.
