Despite working by himself, Prince was very helpful.

purchased a matress on the visit, member of Staff by the name of Prince.T was outstanding, an asset to the Dream store. Whilst being the only member of staff on site managed to serve four customers including myself single handedly. Prince managed to flex his style and give high level of customer service that was most Highly Satisfied the reason for the recommendation is due to Prince T based on the service recieved. This experience shall be shared for sure. Thank you Prince.

It made a nice change to be able to ask questions, get the required answer and be allowed to make my own choice instead of having a sales person just trying to get me to buy what they want to sell me.

I have used Dreams on a few occasions before and they have been perfect for me. Every time I go to the stores the people are friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. This time being no exception hence I didn't press the staff to honour the displayed price me.

Jay was a good salesman,helpful but did not pressurise us.He had a good knowledge of the kind of mattress we needed and keep the choice within our budget.Offered us Tea or Coffee in all a good shopping trip.
