The Dreams Colleague (Bobby, Hayes Bridge Store) approached me to see if I needed help. Having already looked around I was ready for assistance. Bobby was knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs and explained fully her recommendation. A colleague also came to help with some measurement criteria. Bobby spend time going through everything. I had also be offered refreshment. A good experience all round. I now await my purchase and hope it is as good as the assistance I was given!

dreams colleague's name is Bobby. very friendly and professional and explained the different kinds of mattress we were interested in. we did not rush to say yes was told to take as much time as we wanted and to test each kind of mattress. mostly we did not need to rush and also the good thing is we can test it for 30 days is a very good thing as weather it is suited for us. Me and my fiancée are very satisfied, the gentlemen in store was really helpful he knew what he is talking about he didn't just sell us the product he made sure we try out the mattresses and told us the difference between one and each of them. He also offered us the care plan which we though it was really good, it is very good idea to have that on the mattress an the bed it selfs, by just giving us that care plan we are very comfortable that the products will last us over eight years. What we also really like was he didn't pressure us into buying anything which is really good as whenever you go to any stores they try force it on to you. Really big + for the sales man!
