We were served by Prince who was an excellent salesman, tremendous knowledge, friendly, courteous, offered us a drink and explained everything so well. He even went the extra mile by carrying our mattress to our car. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him. We wholeheartedly recommend him for a staff award if you have such a scheme. He is an asset to your organisation.

The store manager Harry was wonderful. Spent a lot of time explaining stuff , and was a genuinely friendly. The gentleman who processed our order was very friendly too. Offered drinks and even snacks ;)

All the staff at the Hayes branch were very friendly when we arrived. We were assisted by Kishan, who was very helpful. The customer service was exellent and his product knowledge was outstanding. He listened our needs and was able to give us suggestions of which mattress to go for. He provided us with plenty of time to try out the mattresses and pillows for comfort. The overall experience along with the excellent product knowledge definately helped us make the correct decision.

The customer service of Kishan was very high extremely professional and knowledgeable, Kishan was very thorough in his understanding of beds mattresses and guarantee advice. At no point in my purchase was I confused about mattresses or the interest free credit agreement. I was highly satisfied with my customer care from Kishan. The hospitality was second to none.

We were assisted by Ms Booby when were in the store to get a bed for my 18 year old daughter & we were so impressed that she quickly understood what we were looking for and made the whole process so easy and quick for us, we highly recommend dreams to anyone who is looking to get a new bed as the staffs are really friendly and helpful

My son and I were served my Rakesh, he showed us around and gave us all the information that we needed and gave us time to look around and was very kind and helpful. We were offered tea or coffee. It was a very hot day I had cold water they gave it to me in a mug. The store did not have that big bottle machine thing with plastic cups on the side the water would have been even colder and my son and I went in the morning and the shop was not busy. They did their best.
