The store manager, Harry, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He offered me a very good cup of tea and did not rush the sale process. I would recommend Hayes Dreams to all my friends and family.

Shopping with a disabled partner, daughter and her 2 unruly children can often be a challenging experience but a recent trip to Dreams in Hayeshas proven to be so good from a customer service point of view that we thought it might be worth applauding all the small things which made the difference. The service was excellent especially Mr. Kishan was exemplary.

Harry was very knowledgeable about the products and matched th well with our needs.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helped my husband and I. They made us coffee and allowed us to take our time looking at the mattresses we needed. They were very professional and advised us if they needed to speak to other customers. They were also very knowledgable on their products

Bobby is knew what she was talking and was very happy with our experience! Will recommend to my friends and famiky to come see Bobby. We felt very overwhelmed when we first decided to get a new mattress but Bobby made it so easy!

Myself and my mum had a very pleasant experience at Dreams from testing out the tempur mattress to the purchase. We were given tea and coffee. We found Bobby to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of this product. She shared her personal experience of using the product and we found this information very helpful in making the decision of the firmness etc of the mattress we wanted to purchase. Thank you! :0)
