Very friendly staff, happy to help and show me different beds and show me the difference also happy to accomadate me ordering when I wasnt hundred percent sure on delivery date, explained everything to me.

The products available and range were according to everyones personal needs and spend limit. The staff were super enthusiastic and very helpful. I would specially like to mention Mr.Rakesh who helped throughout the journey of our purchase and gave honest and relevant opinions wherever needed..He was extremely patient and gave us enough time to think and decide about the purchase. Also had a good friendly chat and made us feel comfortable. Last but not the least he greeted and offered us a hot beverage as we entered without even bothering if we would make a purchase or not..thats is going an extra mile and he is truly a peoples person with regards to customer service..Well done & all the very best..

Very easy purchase. I had taken a picture of my current mattress label and the showroom manager showed me the new replacement product. I tested it and loved it and so placed an order. Little shocked at the price but I believe you get what you pay for - plus it should last another 8 or 9 years like the last one so no complaints all round.

Rakesh was very attentive and knowledgeable and whilst I took quite a while to make my ultimate decision he was extremely patient throughout.

Good products & service of staff

We came in with a mattress and bed in mind that we had seen online, 2 shop assistants offered help and Rakesh helped to show us the beds we had seen and other options when we weren't sure on them. Offered my partner a cup of coffee and was very patient as we tried out different beds. We were in and out of the store in about 30 mins. Rakesh made the bed buying experience painless as we have been trying to get a bed for about 6 weeks.

Prince was absolutely friendly and helpful! The experience is definitely going to return us to Dreams :D
